Satellite-based rainfall products are validated to compensate for data scarcity. Trend analyses reveal increasing hydroclimatic extremes. Machine learning models show strong capability in capturing nonlinear hydrological behavior. Coupled with CMIP6 projections under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5, they forecast future water-level changes and hydrological breakpoints.
