The applicants must

•Be 35 years old or less, if above, provide a letter from employer
• Have an English proficiency able to follow graduate level studies
In general, a TOEFL score of 213 computer-based (or equivalent) is required. Applicants with limited English skills are encouraged to use the time between application and final selection to attend English training classes at their own expense.
To help meet the entry requirement, francophone selected candidates will undergo a 4 months English proficiency course.
