This study assessed the impact of climate change on hydrological extremes in different climatic zones of Cote d’Ivoire. Seven extremes indices under RCP4. 5 and RCP8.5 scenarios were considered. As results, this work revealed that the extreme indices have experienced a downward trend for extreme rainfall and a mixed trend for the observed flows over the considered basins that are subject to the influence of high climate variability. Under the RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5, the CNRM, CM5A and MPI climate models showed a fairly relative result dominated by a non-significant trend in the extremes indices used. Furthermore, a decrease in annual rainfall, an increase in mean temperature and a great change in discharge are shown.
