Climate and land use change impacts in the data-scarce Pra River Basin are still not fully understood, yet they directly affect water security and climate action goals. This study builds a hydrological baseline by reviewing existing research, mapping past and future land cover changes, analysing rainfall trends under SSP1 2.6 and SSP3 7.0 scenarios, and the impact of these changes on streamflow. Results show continued deforestation and expansion of cropland and built-up areas, especially in the northeast and southern basin. Rainfall patterns suggest delayed centres of mass in wetter years and more intense short-duration events in the future. Combined climate and land use effects project increasing ±24 evapotranspiration and runoff losses under SSP3 7.0.
